Check Selected China Entry Conditions
Enter your ordinary-passport country, purpose, dates, and route. This first screen checks selected conditions for two separate schemes. A match is not an admission decision. If a scheme does not match, another entry arrangement may still apply.
Check the date scope before you start
This checker covers selected unilateral visa-free and transit conditions only; it does not determine eligibility. Sources were reviewed on 27 Sept 2026. Results are unknown if today or any travel date is after 17 Oct 2026. This is our website’s editorial maintenance cutoff, not a government policy expiry date.
What this checker covers
Ordinary passports and tourism, business, or visiting purposes only. The unilateral screen compares the entered dates using a 30-calendar-day difference. The transit screen uses a date difference of 10 days or less only as a coarse flag; it does not calculate the actual 240-hour deadline. Check the official rule for your complete itinerary.
Scope details
Other or unknown purposes and documents are not assessed. Bilateral and regional exemptions, passport validity, transit ports and permitted areas, supporting tickets or documents, and the precise transit-hour deadline are outside this check.
Start with your travel details
Choose your passport country and purpose, then add entry and departure dates. For transit, add the place you arrive from and your onward destination.
Read the detailed guide →Before travel, verify the current policy, ordinary-passport validity, permitted purpose, entry and departure timing, and supporting documents. For transit, also verify the confirmed onward ticket, eligible port and area, third-destination route, and exact permitted deadline. Chinese authorities decide admission.
